Participants on the 2011 Arava Institute Hazon Israel Ride
Join The Friends of the Arava Institute for a Bike Ride starting in Ventnor, NJ. You are invited to join us for the ride. David Lehrer, Executive Director of the Arava Institute, the premier environmental teaching and research program in the Middle East, will join us for the ride and will provide an update on the activities and accomplishments at the Institute.
The ride will start at 8:30 AM from the home of Betsy and Hersh Richman at 6717 Monmouth Ave in Ventnor. There is street parking in the area if you are driving to the starting point.
The route will be about 20 miles long. For those looking for a longer ride, there will be additional routes to follow after a rest stop and a briefing.
Please invite your friends who have not yet had the joy of experiencing Israel on a bike to join for the ride.
