- Explore Jewish texts, contemporary issues and current legislation in order to make Shmittah real, both now and during the next Shmittah year.
- Use Shmittah as a context for understanding crucial societal issues such as climate change, food and agriculture.
- Travel to Washington, D.C. to impact federal policy relating to Shmittah issues, as part of a broad coalition of Jewish organizations.
- Generate action steps and plans, beyond public policy, for our communities to enact during the next Shmittah year.
