Slavery and liberation, a thing of the past or a modern dilemma? Mix and mingle with traditions new and old in an interactive Passover experience.
The event will feature:
- Vegetarian, Slow Food, hametz-free Passover dinner and wine (with fair wages for cooks & farmers)
- Opportunities to connect ancient Passover themes with current food justice issues and campaigns
- Jewish and food justice learning with wisdom from community teachers
- Space for conversation, rituals, meeting people and connecting to Jewish community
Cost: Sliding scale, $25-$36. Please contribute what you can.

To BRING: Food donations for the San Francisco Food Bank. Most needed items: tuna, canned meat, soups, stews, chili, peanut butter, and canned fruit. Tips from the Food Bank: donate items you would eat, check the “use before” date, and avoid glass items, which can break.
