For most Hazon retreats at Isabella Freedman, the cancellation policy is as follows:
|Cancellation Date||Refund Policy|
|Up to 7 days prior to retreat start date||Refundable less $50 per person|
|Between 3-6 days prior||50% refundable|
|Less than 3 days before retreat start date,
if you do not show up, or if you leave early
A full refund will be given in cases of documented medical concern or due to a death in the family that prohibits attendance. Hazon reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a complete refund.
At Isabella Freedman we value the health and wellness of our community, and believe that this is a responsibility shared among each individual participant. If you or your child has a communicable illness and is planning to join us at Isabella Freedman, please take precautions up to and including canceling your reservation. We do not require medical records as a precondition for access to our campus. We do, however, strongly encourage every individual and family in our community to do all they can to ensure the health and wellness of the whole.
Some retreats such as Passover, DLTI, the Hazon Ride, and Camp IF have individual cancellation policies that may differ from the policy above. The cancellation policy for these retreats can be found on the specific retreat webpage.
For retreats will multiple arrival days, such as Sukkahfest and Passover, the official start of the retreat is considered the retreat start date, whether or not it precedes your arrival date. The above cancellation policy also applies to the cancellation of a portion of a registration. For example, if you registered for a full stay at Sukkahfest, and want to cancel the First Days portion of your registration, the above cancellation policy will be applied to determine if you are eligible for a partial refund.
Private and organizational retreats have individual cancellation policies that differ from the policy above.
Inclement Weather: Hazon reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to inclement weather if, in its judgment, it will be unable to operate safely. In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. In the event that the retreat proceeds as scheduled, no refund will be available.
