Join Hazon as we bike our way through the North End visiting a few of the more than 1,600 urban farms in Detroit. We’ll learn about the Detroit Food Movement as we ride around visiting farms and market gardens. We’ll also learn about the ancient Jewish tradition of guarding the land and how we can interpret that in a modern context. We’ll end up at the Oakland Avenue Urban Farm for a great brunch made with love from some of the farms we are visiting.
