Megan Tucker is a professional chef and the owner of Mort & Betty’s Vegan Jewish Deli. She has been making tasty plant-based meals for a decade. In this Cook With session, you will learn how to use mushrooms and jackfruit in place of chicken and brisket in your traditional favorite Shabbat recipes. Cooking with more plants is healthier for you and for the planet. You’ll be amazed at the delicious Shabbat meals that are created using hearty plant-based ingredients.
