The WORKSHOP, led by shochet Yadidya Greenberg, is a day-long journey through the process of kosher slaughter that will forever alter the way you think about food. Take part in each step as you experience the heart of food sustainability.
Bring a loved one and join us the following night for DINNER to share this experience with family and friends. Enjoy the poultry you butchered along with other kosher foods at a picnic-style outdoor meal.
