#Sound the Call 2021
Thank you to everyone who participated and watched #SoundtheCall for the 51st anniversary of Earth Day on April 22, 2021!
We hope you continue to use your voice and drive people to take action while encouraging them to:
- Make a further change in their own behavior – it’s a minimum we each need to do.
- Give their time and money to organizations that are working on these issues year round-including Hazon.
- Raise their voice for wider change at their synagogue, camp, school, or office – create real and lasting change in their communities.
We Sound the Call for:
- a reminder of what comes from this earth
- a reminder of the wisdom of Jewish tradition
- a celebration of planet earth
- a call of alarm for our global climate crisis
- a call to make changes moving forward
- global commitments to public health
- global commitments to living more sustainably
- helping those in need personally and globally
- kindness, honesty, striving to be our best selves
- a sense of hope for the future
