Hazon is happy to share this event from our friend, Deanna Goldner. This event is for those in their 20s & 30s.

Join for a gathering of soulful connection with ourselves and others! We will practice mindfulness and explore Jewish meditation practices, new and ancient. We conclude with Havdallah and usher that Shabbat joy into the rest of the week.

When: Saturday, June 9th, 6:00–9:00 PM
Where: 43 West 127th Street, New York, NY (Take 2/3 subway to 125th Street)

Program Details:
6:00-6:30: Welcome, Icebreaker
6:30-7:00: Guided Meditation & Silent practice led by Eugene Vassilas
7:00-7:30: Dharma Drash – We will read select pieces of Jewish Wisdom and connect it to mindfulness
7:30-8:00: Dharma Sharing – An opportunity to share what is arising within us and listen deeply to each other
8:00-9:00: Havdallah Song & Dessert

We are blessed to be guided by Eugene Vassilas, a Human Development Specialist. Eugene has extensive experience coaching people to achieve balance in their lives. You can enjoy a sample of his healing audio work here.

Feel free to bring a treat to share and a cushion to sit on.
