A comic art representation of the goat shechting at last year's Food Conference was published in the PresenTense magazine. You can view the comic here.
Hazon's Food Conference was mentioned in The Jewish Week and in JTA, specifically mentioning the shechting of the goats. The Jew & The Carrot now features a series of posts from the conference, and Jewschool sent a team of bloggers who posted about the goat and the new Jewish food movement.
Before the conference, two stories at The Forward and the Wall Street Journal covered the goat controversy and Hazon's pioneering volunteers, including 2007 Food Conference Co-Chair Simon Feil. The goat was also mentioned on JTA's blog here.

Hazon mentioned in The Jerusalem Post by Carmi Wisemon, Executive Director of Yedidei HaSviva - Sviva Israel, an Israel-based social-environmental organization.
For the third year in a row, Hazon has been honored with inclusion in Slingshot, "a resource list of 50 of the most creative and effective organizations and leaders across the country."
